As for games, those designed specifically for touchscreen devices are sure fun and all, but the problem is most devs only focus on the aforementioned "wow factor" and resign from giving them any depth and only make coffe-break ones similar to myriads of Flash-junk ones, you can play in the browser...

Another issue is trying to adapt the touchscreen for classic joystick controls - apart from N97 and C6 having physical D-pad, you're screwed as S60v5 doesn't offer the multitouch capability. And even with Symbian^3, there's just no way one could get his onscreen controls as accurate and responsive as a D-pad when playing fast-paced arcades, SHMUPS or Beat-em-ups.

So when it comes to (really popular) SNES/GBA emulation, S60v3 devices still win bigtime, and the huge library of games together with their large content, replay value and great quality, leave anything that could be possibly made for touchscreens-only, far far behind imho.

bad:
1. fair enough
2. thats crap
3. debatable
4. again a load of crap. i can do stuff from memory on my touch screen phone.
5. fair enough
6. load of crap again, i find it much easier to do stuff like what you said on a touch screen phone than on with an 0~9 *# key pad.
7. fair enough on old touch screen phones, but now most of them have a sensor that turns the screen off when you lift it to your face to make a call.
