Even after enabling Beep Supression…. i can hear the beep and not the person on the other end… tried to solve it…. unsuccesful!! I use 5800 Express Music

Hi Sandy,
In the Settings, enable Beep Suppression. Selected the advanced configuration. That will suppress the beep.
