Of course, what a shameful for your boss and your team about poor creation of SHIFT & OK as we (everyone) got FREE download and of course, anyone in team got shameful which you created it for your customers’s sake. I personally got frustrated to try it out for many times. That’s awful for that, so PLEASE make the user’s guide for SCREENSNAP.PDF for your all customers, so that of course, we (everyone) will be happy. Thank you.

Hi mcupert,

I meant that this combination is quite handy for me. You have to hold the pencil key and then press the central-key – I don’t know how to call it – for taking a screenshot. But you will need to set up this shortcut first.

I am using Nokia E51, but i dont understand with your “combination betwen pencil and ok”. I have tried so many times to find out but no result, please help me so…
