It's been almost five months now and still the problem is not solved. Instead they recently issue a version for the iPhone while other versions still aren't working. The helpdesk sucks by asking ridiculous questions while they know that there IS indeed a problem. And they keep promising a solution .. soon .. !! (i told them a way i can keep producing the problem over and over again. I would think they would have a solution by now !.. nothing of the kind ...) . They also promise an answer 24 hours if you contact support ... forget about it .. most of the time it takes them days to answer ... I also asked for a refund .. they told me if i asked a refund throught the seller they would acknowlegde but ... nothing of the kind ... instead they recently offered me another of there programs for free .. as if i would trust another of their programs after what i have been through allready !
